Overseeing the maintenance and repair activities for the entire fleet of trucks.

Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of vehicles.

Monitoring vehicle condition through regular inspections and diagnostics, and addressing any issues promptly.

 

Team Management:

 

Supervising a team of mechanics and technicians, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support as needed.

Conducting regular performance evaluations, identifying training needs, and facilitating skill development initiatives.

 

Compliance and Safety:

 

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards related to vehicle maintenance and operation.

Conducting safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards or violations.

Inventory Management:

 Managing inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance and repairs.

Monitoring stock levels, identifying replenishment needs, and optimizing inventory to minimize downtime.

 

Cost Management:

 Monitoring maintenance expenses and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.

Analyzing maintenance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement to optimize budget utilization.
