Total Experience: 09-15 years
Department: Warehouse
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Salary up to 80k CTC
Key Responsibilities:
Led a dynamic team across three departments—Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory—providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve operational excellence.
Drive the preparation of shipping/dispatch and stock reports, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize warehouse performance.
Facilitate daily management meetings to address challenges and implement solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in production and commercial operations.
Direct daily warehouse activities encompassing quality assurance, inventory control, space optimization, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Efficiently schedule and supervise the warehouse team, optimizing workflow to enhance efficiency and minimize overtime costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and machinery, coordinating maintenance activities as needed to uphold operational integrity and safety standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to analyze productivity metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable plans for loss prevention and operational enhancement.
Oversee and manage logistics operations, liaising with drivers and air partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers and company facilities.
Drive initiatives aimed at identifying and implementing sustainable and resource-efficient supply chain solutions, aligning with corporate sustainability goals and industry best practices.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices, fostering a culture of compliance and driving continuous improvement in operational processes.
Proactively identify opportunities to reduce supply chain costs while enhancing service quality, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies to drive efficiency and profitability.
Proven experience in warehouse management, with a track record of success in leading teams and optimizing operational processes.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
